Prosecutor says ‘no one above law’ as he urges jurors to convict Hunter Biden

A prosecutor urged jurors to convict Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, on charges of lying about his drug use when purchasing a gun in 2018. Prosecutor Leo Wise stated the evidence was “overwhelming” that Biden was addicted to crack when he falsely claimed otherwise on a mandatory form.

Wise highlighted deeply personal and incriminating evidence, including emotional testimonies from former partners, text messages, and photos of Biden with a crack pipe. “The evidence was personal, ugly, and overwhelming,” Wise said. Text messages allegedly showed Biden arranging drug deals around the time of the gun purchase.
