In Deir Ezzor province, US forces recently conducted a military patrol comprising five vehicles near Al-Mayadeen Bridge and Al-Hawayj Town, east of Deir Ezzor City, close to areas occupied by Iran-backed militias.
The patrol, which originated from Al-Omar Oil Field, returned to base after surveying the area.
Earlier on February 12, the “International Coalition” Forces undertook a routine military patrol with eight vehicles in Al-Shahil Town, eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, coinciding with Coalition warplanes flying overhead.
