Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene warned Friday that “earthquakes and eclipses” are signs from God that the country needs to repent for its sins.
“God is sending America strong signs to tell us to repent,” Ms. Greene, a Georgia Republican and evangelical Christian, said on social media hours after a 4.8 magnitude earthquake rattled New York City. “Earthquakes and eclipses and many more things to come.”
“I pray that our country listens,” she said.
