LOS ANGELES – For Angelenos, fans of the Los Angeles Lakers, sports fans, those who follow the “Mamba Mentality,” fellow girl dads, parents, and millions of people from all walks of life across the globe – the moment they found out Kobe Bryant was gone on January 26, 2020, continues to be a painful memory.

Those broken hearts were further ruptured when officials confirmed his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, known as “Gigi,” was also on the doomed helicopter, along with two of her teammates, their parents and the pilot. There were no survivors. 

Four years later, that tragic day continues to strike a chord. However, those who loved and knew the nine victims continue to honor their legacies and want them to be remembered for how they lived, instead of how they died…
