Singer-songwriter and actor Justin Timberlake is set to appear in court Tuesday after his arrest Monday night in Sag Harbor, a coastal village about 100 miles from New York City.
A law enforcement official, speaking anonymously, confirmed the ongoing investigation’s confidentiality. Timberlake, 43, has concerts in Chicago this weekend and New York City next week.
According to MailOnline, Timberlake was stopped by police after leaving a restaurant around 12:30 a.m. His representatives have not commented. Timberlake recently made headlines due to ex-girlfriend Britney Spears’ memoir. He is married to actress Jessica Biel, who posted a Father’s Day tribute to him on Instagram.
