Kestan detailed his daily drug use and interactions with a “scary” dealer, supporting prosecutors’ claims that Biden lied about his addiction on gun purchase paperwork.
Kathleen Buhle, Biden’s ex-wife, also testified, describing her discovery of his drug use, and prosecutors plan to call Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s late brother Beau.
Hunter Biden, who has pleaded not guilty to three felony charges related to the gun purchase, has acknowledged past drug use but stated he has been clean since 2019.
