A black-clad gunman could be seen wielding a rifle and chasing the 34-year-old victim in footage released by Kremlin-friendly media outlets.

Surveillance footage captured the hitman, dressed in black and wielding an AKS-74U, chasing and shooting Balishansky near a children’s playground.
The gunman fired multiple shots, with the final shot captured on video before he fled the scene.
The killer was later apprehended after a shootout with security services, and investigators identified him as a 35-year-old man, though no further details were provided.
