Amidst decline in ratings, new CEO of CNN may fire Anderson Cooper, Wolf Blitzer, and Jake Tapper…

There have been reports of potential job losses among CNN’s top on-air talent as the network undergoes a shakeup in leadership and faces decreasing budgets. The new CEO, Mark Thomson, is said to be considering significant cuts to address plummeting ratings, which may result in the departure of some of the network’s highest-paid personalities, including Anderson Cooper, Chris Wallace, Wolf Blitzer, and Jake Tapper.

According to a source cited by In Touch magazine, Anderson Cooper, who earns a substantial $20 million annually, is aware that he could be at risk of losing his job and has already begun exploring other opportunities. Chris Wallace, with an $8 million salary, also anticipates being a potential target for cuts.

Wolf Blitzer, with a salary of $15 million, and Jake Tapper, earning $8 million, are also reportedly under scrutiny as the network focuses on cost-cutting measures.
