Justin Timberlake’s mugshot has been released by police following his arrest for driving while intoxicated (DWI) in Sag Harbor, New York. The 43-year-old singer was taken into custody in the early hours of June 18 after officers observed him running a stop light and failing to maintain his lane.
In the mugshot, Timberlake appears with bloodshot eyes and a disheveled appearance. Reports indicate that he smelled strongly of alcohol at the time of his arrest. Timberlake was held overnight and arraigned the following morning, after which he was released without bail.

Timberlake had been drinking with friends at the American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor when he decided to get behind the wheel of a BMW and attempt to drive off.
He was pulled over then refused a breath test, telling the cops: ‘No, I’m not doing a chemical test. I refuse! I refuse!’
He also claimed to the arresting officers that he’d had ‘just one martini’.
The singer was unsteady on his feet and failed his field sobriety test. Cops had watched him failing to keep right on the road before pulling him over.
