Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who served as armorer on the fatal set for the movie Rust and who was recently found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for her role in Alec Baldwin’s accidental shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, reportedly wants to see the actor “in jail.”
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting on the “Rust” set, expressed a desire to see Alec Baldwin jailed, according to court documents.
Special prosecutors highlighted Gutierrez-Reed’s phone calls, where she showed contempt for Baldwin and others involved, to argue against her request for probation instead of a prison sentence.
She was quoted calling prosecutor Morrissey a “bitch” and jury members “assholes,” expressing anger over being blamed entirely for the incident.
Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney, Jason Bowles, stated that her comments were taken out of context during a period of significant distress.
