President Joe Biden has gained an edge over Republican challenger Donald Trump in three battleground states, according to new polls, five months before the presidential election.
Florida Atlantic University and Mainstreet Research polls show Biden leading in key states crucial for the Electoral College, which determines the election winner. In Wisconsin, including third-party candidates, Biden secured 38 percent support against Trump’s 31 percent.
[…] Under the same circumstances in Michigan, 41 percent said they would vote for Biden and 39 percent said they would vote for Trump.
In Pennsylvania, Biden would also win with 41 percent of the vote to Trump’s 39 percent.
