Trump’s legal battles: Detailing all 88 felony charges across four cases

This week, former President Donald Trump’s criminal hush money trial continues in Manhattan, with the jury expected to begin deliberations on Wednesday. Trump faces 34 criminal charges for falsifying business records to hide a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, a move allegedly intended to protect his 2016 presidential campaign. This case is a significant part of Trump’s ongoing legal troubles, marking just one of four criminal cases currently against him.

Additionally, Trump and his allies are facing a 41-count indictment related to their attempts to overturn Joe Biden’s narrow victory in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, where Biden won by just 11,779 votes. Although three charges against Trump were dismissed, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has appealed this decision. The cases involve various prosecutors, co-defendants, and judges, with critical dates set for each proceeding, reflecting the complex legal challenges ahead for the former president.
