TikToker’s viral tutorial explains how illegal immigrants can take advantage of squatting laws

A Venezuelan migrant, identified as Leonal Moreno, has sparked controversy after sharing a viral video on social media outlining how illegal immigrants can exploit squatting laws to occupy American homes.

In the TikTok video, Moreno discusses the possibility of seizing uninhabited houses in the United States, citing a law that allows for such actions. “I have thought about invading a house in the United States,” he states. “I found out that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

Speaking in Spanish to his followers, Moreno suggests that his next venture will involve “invading” abandoned houses, claiming that his African acquaintances have already seized seven properties in the U.S.

Furthermore, Moreno asserts that migrants can avoid homelessness and refrain from becoming a “public burden” by acquiring dilapidated homes, renovating them, and residing in them. He also alleges that the new occupants have the right to sell the property.
